All items listed on Kidz.bd are subject to availability. If any product or service you order is not available, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, our Customer Care team may suggest similar alternatives. Please note that due to the nature of our business, product availability may change even after an order has been placed. If an item becomes unavailable, Customer Care will provide you with alternatives or the option to cancel your order entirely.
Pre-Book Orders: For pre-booked items, delivery dates are determined jointly by Kidz.bd and the respective brands. The expected delivery date will be mentioned on the product’s specification page. Any delay in delivery is the responsibility of the respective brand. Standard delivery timelines or office collection schedules do not apply to pre-book orders.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, displayed prices may not always be exact. If the actual price differs from what is shown, we will inform you before dispatching the order, giving you the choice to proceed or cancel.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service (or part of it) at any time without notice. Kidz.bd will not be liable to customers or third parties for any changes, price adjustments, suspensions, or discontinuations of service.

প্রি-বুক করা পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি তারিখ kidz.bd এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্র্যান্ড যৌথভাবে নির্ধারণ করে। প্রত্যাশিত ডেলিভারি তারিখ পণ্যের স্পেসিফিকেশন পেইজে উল্লেখ থাকবে। ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হলে তার দায় সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্র্যান্ডের। প্রি-বুক অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে সাধারণ ডেলিভারি সময়সূচি বা অফিস থেকে সংগ্রহের নিয়ম প্রযোজ্য নয়।
মূল্য নির্ধারণ:

All Kidz.bd products are available exclusively through our website. These items or services may be offered in limited quantities and are eligible for return or exchange only under our Return and Replacement Policy.
Product Display:
Kidz.bd makes every reasonable effort to present products in their original color and accurate size. However, due to variations in device display settings, technical limitations, and differences in screens, the actual product may differ slightly in color or size from what is shown online. Therefore, Kidz.bd cannot guarantee that the physical product will look exactly like the display image. If any product does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return it unused, in compliance with our Return and Replacement Policy.
Sales Limitations:
